Below standard service at the Papa Murphy's in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Because of service at Papa Murphy's low standards.
Myself and another couple arrived to place an order. The young lady in the store did not great the customers.
She was busy telling the other employee her personal problems. It took her about 3 minutes before she took the other couples order and continued to rant and rave about her problems. The couple had ordered a pizza that required spinach, and they were out. The young man left the store to go buy some at the Kroger across the road.
Before I placed my order, I asked her if she was done.
Unacceptable service from a well known establishment. Someone needs to contact the manager if this store. And I request what the outcome will be.
How is this issue going to be fixed. Thank you.

Messed up my order and wouldn’t fix it
I ordered a pizza that had 3 meats on it but only got 1 meat. The store told me to bring it in but Im handicapped and the order was picked by my neighbor.
I asked them to make a note to give me a free pizza and they refused. I had to take meat out of the freezer, thaw it and add it myself.

I ordered a pizza and then I took it home to cook it I couldn't find my phone so I went back to Papa Murphy's ask for my phone and the guy was kind of rude so I try to walk in you wouldn't let me walk in back to Papa Murphy's I was like what's going on man he punched me and yeah that's what happened Forest Grove Oregon location!

Delivery driver, per them, was waved over to the location of the order and no drinks were present. The driver left without drinks. PM should be liable for getting all of the order onto the order shelf, not partial.

The whole pizza was dry, including the cheese. No taste. Even frozen pizza tasted better then this pizza.

Your Mountlake Terrace store that is located on 44th Ave., West and 2 112th St. SW.
is horrible. We have lived in Mountlake Terrace for over 20 years and I have never received such horrible customer service so consistently theyre arrogant theyre rude. They wont answer any questions when you send out these emails of your buy one get one theres nowhere in the email that specifies that its an online order anyway. Or an online order only some of us older people dont have that option and any other Papa Murphys Ive gone to.
They have graciously honored it as a walk-in or a call-in not an online order. But your Mountlake Terrace branch had some young men working there this evening on Friday February 21 at about 4:15 PM. They were arrogant they were rude. They were laughing like little school kids and I asked why we both went through the whole email and nowhere on the email notification.
Did it say online orders only. And he said he didnt care my boss here says thats the only way well honor it and I asked, I said, do you realize that we can go to any other Papa Murphys and they would offer it?
And he said fine leave by and they laughed at us. Horrible I will be writing horrible reviews for the Mountlake Terrace one and we will tell everybody not to use that branch I will happily drive out of my way to the Lynnwood one or the admin one to get decent kind honest Customer Service.

So if you are on the computer or your phone and you receive emails from papa murphys, there is no reason you cant order your pizzas online because you do have access to the internet. It took you more time complaining about everything than it would to have placed your order online.
I think the employees were laughing because you were probably foaming at the mouth mad like you are in this complaint. If you think that yelling at or being rude with people who are doing their job and listening to what their boss told them to do was going to solve anything, you were wrong.

Good morning,
I wanted to let you know a few things regarding my visit to a local store and the product that was received.
In regard to the store - when I went in last night not only did I place my pick-up order at 4 pm for a 5 pm pick-up, it wasn't ready with the reason that they were training a new employee. I understand that things happen, but the way that the person who I guess was the manager, was speaking to this new employee was awful. Very demeaning and rude, I am not sure how this new employee would stand for being talked to in that way. As a customer hearing it, I felt terrible for her.
As for the pizza that I got - I brought it home and baked it right up. As I was getting to the end of my first slice I took a bite, only to discover that I was chewing on plastic! Not only could that have been swallowed, but it also could have been eaten by my 6-year-old! I threw the rest of the pizza away, as I didn't trust it to be safe.
I have photos of the plastic piece which I will be happy to forward to you.

No. Not unless they make it right
We ordered half Hawaiian and half cowboy with no olives. When we got there to pick it up it had olives so she picked them off.
I should of looked closer at that time but didn't. We drove 20 minutes back home to find out there was no sausage or the herb blend they put on that kind on the cowboy at all.
So basically it was a pepperoni pizza. We are not happy

The online call and email received no response other than a small voucher. The store phone service was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. I never received the refund for the order I did not receive.

Lousy pizza
The pizza was returned to papa Murphy
Since NO One returned our call, the store refused to make new pizza , so I left them their lousy pizza sausage all crumbled up
Lost customer and more lost customers to come Ill be giving papa Murphy free advertising

Good idea. Worry about another couple's order and pop off at the mouth to the minimum wage employees who have access to your food before you do.
BTW: any action between employer and employee is not made privy to customers. What next?
You will ask for her employee records?! As suggested, mind your own business, order and leave.
The issue being fixed and the outcome will be rinse, lather, repeat on your part until you irritate the owner and find yourself banned.
You need to mind your own business. Order your food and leave, it's that simple.
