Never heard from the manager about the order we did not receive. I even went back, and the worker told me I would have to wait for the manager's approval, who was not there but was supposed to call me back.

I was so looking forward to my original perperoni pizza my favoreite so i order it tonight they send me wrong order and when i attempt to call it rings rings then i tried again and l8ne is off hook iam so upset i dont want partial pizza i dont want a percentage off i want it completley replaced

I spent $79 on pizzas for our family get-together. The quality of the product I received was very poor.
After baking, it was inedible; 70% dough and 30% ingredients. Both customer service and management refused to give me credit or refund.
I had to buy $65 worth of frozen pizzas to replace the fresh ones I had purchased. I had no proof of purchase because I was a walk-in and paid in-store.

Good morning,
I wanted to let you know a few things regarding my visit to a local store and the product that was received.
In regard to the store - when I went in last night not only did I place my pick-up order at 4 pm for a 5 pm pick-up, it wasn't ready with the reason that they were training a new employee. I understand that things happen, but the way that the person who I guess was the manager, was speaking to this new employee was awful. Very demeaning and rude, I am not sure how this new employee would stand for being talked to in that way. As a customer hearing it, I felt terrible for her.
As for the pizza that I got - I brought it home and baked it right up. As I was getting to the end of my first slice I took a bite, only to discover that I was chewing on plastic! Not only could that have been swallowed, but it also could have been eaten by my 6-year-old! I threw the rest of the pizza away, as I didn't trust it to be safe.
I have photos of the plastic piece which I will be happy to forward to you.

Your Mountlake Terrace store that is located on 44th Ave., West and 2 112th St. SW.
is horrible. We have lived in Mountlake Terrace for over 20 years and I have never received such horrible customer service so consistently theyre arrogant theyre rude. They wont answer any questions when you send out these emails of your buy one get one theres nowhere in the email that specifies that its an online order anyway. Or an online order only some of us older people dont have that option and any other Papa Murphys Ive gone to.
They have graciously honored it as a walk-in or a call-in not an online order. But your Mountlake Terrace branch had some young men working there this evening on Friday February 21 at about 4:15 PM. They were arrogant they were rude. They were laughing like little school kids and I asked why we both went through the whole email and nowhere on the email notification.
Did it say online orders only. And he said he didnt care my boss here says thats the only way well honor it and I asked, I said, do you realize that we can go to any other Papa Murphys and they would offer it?
And he said fine leave by and they laughed at us. Horrible I will be writing horrible reviews for the Mountlake Terrace one and we will tell everybody not to use that branch I will happily drive out of my way to the Lynnwood one or the admin one to get decent kind honest Customer Service.

I ordered a stuffed pizza with no onions and theres a bunch of red onions on the inside. Theres no onions on the outside, but theres a lot inside and Im all allergic.
Rubber band in my pizza
Sent pictures of melted blue rubber bands in our pizza to store manager. Handled professionally.
I am not sure of the origin. Only concern was my wife gagged on the foreign object.
I inspected my piece and found an additional piece. Have never had an issue and this event will not impact my Papa Murphy's choice for a value and reasonable pizza option.

The online call and email received no response other than a small voucher. The store phone service was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. I never received the refund for the order I did not receive.

I was trying to talk to the new district manager. She said I was harassing her.
She was at the store in Hillview Kentucky. I'm terminal & the manager fired me. Long story. I have the Long haul COVID.
I'm going to file special unemployment. They will investigate this matter. The new lady was horrible to me on the phone. I contracted the COVID from an 18 year old employee announced at the end of our shift 6 pm.
Said while swinging her apron hey everybody I've had COVID all week long & no mask for me thought it was funny. Well I had told the manager that I was getting a sore throat. I was turning 64 at the end of August. I went home did a test it was positive.
Maggie did say Damn Ally that's not right. I said Maggie I'm so pissed about this. Well I stayed home &:came back to work. 3 days later I can't breathe.vthey called my son.
I went to the ER. Well it is the Long haul COVID & I've been rushed by ambulance 8 times in 27 months. Jerry Best is saying he's not responsible. Well that's not true.
He was never there his nephew didn't Care. I really would like to talk to someone who is in charge of overseeing this complaint. Lot more has happened. Now I'm considered TERMINAL.
IVE HAD pneumonia 2 times. It is what has taken everyone bout that way. I am filling unemployment in a few days. They refuse to give me paychecks ( copies for me to take with me.
This is a special unemployment. I just think that Jerry Best is negligent. The place was wild & the 2 co- managers were just 17 then turned 18 right before this happened.

We missed it when it was closed. Its always a great pizza. im running out of things to say I dont know if I can get 100 symbols instead of 46 but maybe this will help lets see I dont know and Im not sure what a symbol is. I thought it was a word, but Ill keep it going and see what happens.
They never know whats gonna happen anymore. ill just keep writing and talk. I dont know. Im up 268 symbols.
If I keep going, you never know I might get up to 100 for get dark. You just gotta keep going and see what happens on these computers, cause you just never know anymore.

After a long day, we ordered two pizzas for delivery. The delivery fellow took the pizzas to God knows where, even though we provided the correct address.
We went to the Pleasant Grove store and asked for a refund, but they said no, and we ended up paying for two new pizzas.
Also, the person we spoke to was very incompetent. The service was terrible, and we were very disappointed.

I got charged $4 for extra cheese on my large, thin CYO pizza. It is on the section of the board that says toppings are $2.
The workers in the restaurant said that's how the cash register is programmed or something similar. I went online to place the exact same order at the exact same store and it was only $2 for extra cheese. No manager was on site, there was no help from the boys. Now it's only $2, so it won't break the bank.
But an incorrect offer on the board and no one empowered to make good on a mistake or issue is a huge problem. I was charged $19.49 for a large thin crust with pepperoni and extra cheese. The signature Greek pepperoni on an artisan thin crust with a bunch of different toppings cost 50 cents less. Further, I can order the same pizza from Pizza Hut for $5 less - and they'll cook it for me!
I guess I'll be ordering from them from now on. This was the store in 85202 on Baseline.

I recently visited our regular store on 90th Street in Omaha, NE. The service was ridiculous; the girl making our pizza stopped and played on her phone.
She also wore a big, dangly bracelet that dragged in our pizza. Now, about the price. We have always bought a medium one-topping pizza for about $9, then they increased the price to $10 or $11.
Today, she charged us $19. That is utterly ridiculous, especially considering the quality of the pizza she made.

I tried to cancel my order and they were pretty much refusing to refund. I was told they are running a store without any type of management in store.
That's an OSHA violation because it is required by OSHA to have some type of management on site at all times in case of an accident, injury, or emergency. The kid on the phone was extremely rude as well.

Get product under control as it wasn't the same as last month to sour in the sauce and the ingredients don't taste the same

So if you are on the computer or your phone and you receive emails from papa murphys, there is no reason you cant order your pizzas online because you do have access to the internet. It took you more time complaining about everything than it would to have placed your order online.
I think the employees were laughing because you were probably foaming at the mouth mad like you are in this complaint. If you think that yelling at or being rude with people who are doing their job and listening to what their boss told them to do was going to solve anything, you were wrong.
So, most of these Papa Murphy's are franchises, meaning they are privately-owned. The owner has the right to decide whether to accept the coupons and promotions that corporate sends out.
Corporate cannot compel the franchise owner to allow you to use this coupon for in person ordering. This particular location has very high google business reviews, so I, personally, would not hesitate to go there, if I actually lived in the area.
So you have an email account, have Internet to access this site to post, but claim making an online order is not an option for you. Stop with all your noise.
What makes me think that you are mistaking NO for RUDE? Your terrible spelling and grammar looks like a school kid wrote it.
