They messed up my order for my pizza. Specifically, it was supposed to be thin crust and specifically no mushrooms because I'm allergic to mushrooms. It was for my son's birthday party, so it's not like I could take the pizza back and show them.

I stopped by *** in ***, ***, a location I frequent often. On Friday, February 6, 2026, I stopped in for 2 pizzas, one for my mom and one for me.
My order often changes, but my mom's is always the same: a large Hawaiian with no topping cheese. My mom cannot tolerate cheddar cheese, only mozzarella. Although, in my opinion, it is a simple ask, for some reason, it is hard for the individuals to grasp the request. There have been times the employee at the end isn't paying attention and adds the topping cheese anyway, causing them to either pick every piece of cheddar off the top of the pizza or start over with a new one!
That day I had a full carload of groceries, so I was hyper-focused on making sure they made my mom's pizza right. Well, God forbid I, the customer, make a mistake... I thought the employee was working on my mom's pizza, and he was about to put the topping cheese on the pizza, so I stopped him! A female employee, possibly the manager, whipped her head around and snapped at me, saying, 'That one too!?' Her response startled me a bit, but when I looked again at the pizza he was making, it was mine, and I immediately apologized several times!
The negative response and energy in that location were so high you would have thought I severely offended the bunch of them! With all that distraction, the employee making my pizza forgot to put the herbs on the pizza as I requested! So my review is someone higher up needs to show up unannounced and evaluate what's going on in there!! Very poor morale!!
The employees are not happy, and as soon as you walk in the place, the negative energy hits you in the face!
Not a good environment for selling food!! It's enough I won't go back!

I don’t know what to tell you I had a problem with the manager of the Store who treated the employee horribly. She was physically crying at my car and he did not care.
I tried to get a hold of the company and many different ways more for her than me but like most my other opinions nobody ever contacts me. I don’t know what to tell you they didn’t help me.
I sent you an email and called and left a message; still, no response. It was something that an employee can sue you for, and I saw, but obviously, you don’t care.
I gave her my number and name because I saw it all; huge HR problem. That employee was crying.
If she contacts me, I will be there as a witness to instant firings where I work. Hope you have the funds; this is appalling.

When corrected he absolutely lied and became accusational and refused to correct his *** and argued that I said medium and not extra large. I noticed his negative demeanor as soon as taking my order but ignored it and figured he must have been having a bad day. I did not know he would take it out on his customers. We had a thin crust but didnt expect the entire pizza to be extremely thin pizza. Thats the last time visiting that location.

Apparently you've changed the quality of ingredients used on your pizza. Instead of flavorful chunks of Italian sausage, you now use "crumbles" that have no flavor or substance.
I've ordered the same pizza for years, and not only is your sausage substitute horrible, but the lack of other ingredients and complete omission of mushrooms was extremely disappointing.
When I called the store I ordered from, they said there was nothing they could do.
What has happened to your business? Sadly, I won't be buying another pizza from papa murphys unless you restore the quality.

I'm writing this email because I've been treated very poorly by the staff at this location on two separate occasions. The first occasion I (29-year-old female) was with my daughter getting a pizza a few months ago, maybe.
There were two men working at the time. From the very beginning, they were rude. They seemed to be upset that I walked in the store and ruined their conversation. I was treated like a burden when he asked what size I wanted my pizza.
I was trying to decide between a larger family size, so I asked about how many slices would a family size be? Instead of replying to me with a number of a standard pizza size, he said it depends on how you cut it, and both men started laughing at me as I stood there with my daughter. Their overall demeanor was just super rude and bully-like. It was especially hard for me as a woman to be treated like that by two men with my daughter.
As I stood there waiting for my pizza, they went on about their conversation like I wasn't even there with my daughter at all. They continued to laugh at me, and the other man complimented him on his reply to me; then they started talking about super inappropriate things in front of me and my nine-year-old daughter. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time and just wanted to leave. I'm an abuse and {{Redacted}} survivor, and having two men be so demeaning to me was really difficult, but I kept it together for my daughter.
I have not been back to the Silverdale location since I had such a horrible experience. My other experience was today, the next time I've stepped foot in that establishment. Today, I was visiting the nail salon next door when I saw my blood sugar was dropping, and I needed sugar immediately as a diabetic. I don't think that the two workers realized I was coming in, or maybe they did and just didn't care.
I'm not sure, but as I walked in, I heard them talking badly about me and what I was wearing. The woman was saying to her male coworker, 'That dress is so ugly. It looks like something a grandpa would wear.' I stopped and looked at them because I couldn't believe what I just heard. I asked them if they had juice, and they said no, to try next door.
I said, 'I'm diabetic, and I really need juice right now,' and then they both just ignored me entirely. I don't really understand why the last two times I've been to that location, I've been straight-up bullied, to say the least. I'm a really nice person. I'm typically happy and bubbly, and I don't know if it's just the environment of that location and the people that are working there, but they're all super rude and negative and seem to find joy in tearing people down.
I've never done a review before; I've never contacted customer service.
This is all a first for me. I just really don't feel like it's right to treat people that way.
