Papa Murphys - Awful - almost nothing on it

We paid for added artichoke hearts. They pulled the leaves off and put one leaf at a time over the pizza.

We paid for mixed onions. I saw about 7 pieces.

We had a thin crust but didnt expect the entire pizza to be extremely thin pizza. Thats the last time visiting that location.

Unsatisfactory pizza

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Apparently you've changed the quality of ingredients used on your pizza. Instead of flavorful chunks of Italian sausage, you now use "crumbles" that have no flavor or substance.

I've ordered the same pizza for years, and not only is your sausage substitute horrible, but the lack of other ingredients and complete omission of mushrooms was extremely disappointing.

When I called the store I ordered from, they said there was nothing they could do.

What has happened to your business? Sadly, I won't be buying another pizza from papa murphys unless you restore the quality.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I'm writing this email because I've been treated very poorly by the staff at this location on two separate occasions. The first occasion I (29-year-old female) was with my daughter getting a pizza a few months ago, maybe.

There were two men working at the time. From the very beginning, they were rude. They seemed to be upset that I walked in the store and ruined their conversation. I was treated like a burden when he asked what size I wanted my pizza.

I was trying to decide between a larger family size, so I asked about how many slices would a family size be? Instead of replying to me with a number of a standard pizza size, he said it depends on how you cut it, and both men started laughing at me as I stood there with my daughter. Their overall demeanor was just super rude and bully-like. It was especially hard for me as a woman to be treated like that by two men with my daughter.

As I stood there waiting for my pizza, they went on about their conversation like I wasn't even there with my daughter at all. They continued to laugh at me, and the other man complimented him on his reply to me; then they started talking about super inappropriate things in front of me and my nine-year-old daughter. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time and just wanted to leave. I'm an abuse and {{Redacted}} survivor, and having two men be so demeaning to me was really difficult, but I kept it together for my daughter.

I have not been back to the Silverdale location since I had such a horrible experience. My other experience was today, the next time I've stepped foot in that establishment. Today, I was visiting the nail salon next door when I saw my blood sugar was dropping, and I needed sugar immediately as a diabetic. I don't think that the two workers realized I was coming in, or maybe they did and just didn't care.

I'm not sure, but as I walked in, I heard them talking badly about me and what I was wearing. The woman was saying to her male coworker, 'That dress is so ugly. It looks like something a grandpa would wear.' I stopped and looked at them because I couldn't believe what I just heard. I asked them if they had juice, and they said no, to try next door.

I said, 'I'm diabetic, and I really need juice right now,' and then they both just ignored me entirely. I don't really understand why the last two times I've been to that location, I've been straight-up bullied, to say the least. I'm a really nice person. I'm typically happy and bubbly, and I don't know if it's just the environment of that location and the people that are working there, but they're all super rude and negative and seem to find joy in tearing people down.

I've never done a review before; I've never contacted customer service.

This is all a first for me. I just really don't feel like it's right to treat people that way.

You come across as unstable.

You share way too much personal information that has no relevance to the worker’s behavior in the first instance and as a diabetic it falls on you to carry a roll of sugar tablets in your pocket/purse. (and again too much information)

This is what is known as "padding" a complaint with irrelevant factoids. It's usually done as a sympathy grab and a way to avoid personal responsibility.

I guess I’m unsure what I did to deserve this treatment and what “personal responsibility” I’m avoiding? I don’t think any customer should be treated that way by a company and I don’t think that the company would appreciate their workers treating customers badly

Thanks for your opinion. I was told this was going to Papa Murphy’s customer service.

I had no idea they would post it on this website for everyone to give their opinion and have my personal information out there. I’m unable to delete this so I’m sure you’ll all be pleased to rip into me some more.

Toppings are not what is claimed

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I have recently noticed that the toppings are not what they used to be.

The sausage is now ground like hamburger, which is not what a pizza should be. The vegetables should be cut larger so you can taste them. The quality is going downhill very fast.

I had a competitor's pizza, and it was far superior to Papa Murphy's. I hope you bring up the quality of your pizza, or it will not survive in Lincoln City, Oregon, much longer.

Maybe if you could communicate in proper English, they would not keep getting your order wrong. If you want a refund RETURN THE FOOD. The reason that you not getting all of your order is because you cannot finish a sentence, meaning you probably did not tell them everything that you wanted.

To much oil

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered 2 papa Murphys pizzas the other day from fort dodge Iowa, and when I got home and started cooking the pizzas about half way though the oven caught on fire from all of the grease on the pizzas. I went to remove the pizzas from the oven and oil splashed out of the pans on to the bottom of the oven.

If someone wasnt watching carefully it could have burned down a house. I have never receive pizzas so filled with oil.

When I sent them this message they decided to ignore it. Well now everyone gets to hear about my experience.

In store experience

Location 10053

615 N W 4th St Faribault, Mn 55021

On 6/24/25 5:42 pm

I purchased a large chicken, garlic,

Using a PAPAMuphy's e gift card, which I have done several times in the past with no issues, the "manager" ,Hayden , waited on me and refused to accept my e gift card as payment, telling me they are not accepted in store, after I told her I had used others with no issues she "rudley" told me " no you didn't use it here. Needless to say she was fired up and wanted to start an argument with me, I told her that when I use the ecard, either I or the person at the register will enter in and the payment will go through.

Then she said "well we're not supposed to do that". As a customer, how am I supposed to know this? She walked away from the register and started talking to someone she knew that walked in, which, I feel is really terrible , while leaving me at the register, I asked so what are we going to do with this ? Her " friend " that she started talking to interrupted and said to me, she told you she can't ring it up!!" Which was none of her business in the first place.

Then Hayden came over to the register and by her body language. I could tell she was not going to be pleasant, she entered something on the register and I was able to make my $15.00 payment with my e gift card. I said " now how difficult was that"? She again, snapped at me and said, we're not supposed to do that"!

Again, how am I supposed to know this when it has never been an issue and there is nothing in store indicating this.

By this time I felt this was a hostile situation and I asked for her name, she said she was the manager.

Which is very poor service from her! I did tell her she was rude and especially in front on "other customers" which obviously someone she knew". She said I was rude, -- not true, all I was doing is wanting to pay $15.00 on a egift card.

If this is the case and the store doesn't accept e gift cards, then something needs to be posted in your store at the register AND your e cards need to have a scan bar on them so this won't be an issue to have to manually enter in.

I don't want or expect an apology from her, I don't know her and I certainly don't want to come to the store with the fear of seeing her again! I do think a supervisor should be aware of this situation.

If that stores registers need updating or whatever the reason is please make e cards available and more user friendly so I and others don't ever have to encounter this again! Our family likes PaPaMurphys and I would like to go back but if the purchasing is going to be this difficult, I might reconsider.

I know what it's like to work in the public with people, however, I was never rude to her, I didn't start anything accusing her of anything like she did to me, she snapped at me and as a manager I feel she could have approached this situation much better than accusing me of not ever using an e gift card, when I, in fact have, several times before.

If I can no longer use e gift cards in store which is a nice convience, please let me know and I will go somewhere else that will accept them.

I appreciate your thoughts on this matter .

Prices have gone up - somewhat understandable. But quality has noticeably decreased — unacceptable!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Once, we were weekly customers; almost always getting Papas Favorite, family size. Pizzas were great!

Recently, however, weve noticed quality of pizza has decreased but prices have increased. On a couple recent occasions the quantity of toppings has shrunk; specifically the pepperoni slices. Too, sausage toppings are difficult to see instead of chunks, the pieces have become smaller than dog kibble; they have to be identified for us by the pizza makers! Too, my wifes favorite part, the crust around the edge, is flat more often like thin rather than the original crust we always order.

In short, the consistency and quality weve come to expect is deteriorating, lacking. Especially, for the price we pay, Papas Favorite is no longer our favorite.

Sad!

Going down hill

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

i order almost every week from the papa murphy's on eagle dr in loveland. lately, they have been so skimpy with items.

this last time i ordered 2 xl pizzas. i paid for extra artichoke on one and extra cheese on the stuffed pizza. when i ordered, i told them to make sure there was extra on it. you pay for double, you should get double.

the one with the artichoke, you could hardly see any on it. i told the lady i asked for extra. is this extra? she didn't even look at it and abruptly said yes.

there wasn't even 1 serving on it, let alone double. she didn't look at it, offer to put more, or anything. when i got home, i baked them, and the one i asked for double cheese, that also had hardly any cheese. i had to look for it.

seems like lately, it doesn't pay to order extra when you don't get it, and they just do what the *** they want. it doesn't matter to them.

like i said, i order almost weekly, and it's going downhill fast. not sure why; i may have to take my business somewhere else if it doesn't change.

I Love Papa Murphys Food!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Everything is delicious and tasty 90% of the time at the Kingman AZ location. The only downfall is the hygiene of the workers.

The male workers with long hair never have their hair tied back but the female workers do.

I always thought the health code with working around food in the public requires all long hair to be tied back regardless of sex, race or ethnicity. Also the workers with long harry beards hanging over your pizza while it's being made risky.

Papa Murphy's customer service has never reached out to me regarding my concern. I am very dissapointed in their customer service and seemingly lack of customer satisfaction. To me, this is very unprofessionaland as well as disrespectful to me, their former customer.I will think twice before I give them any more business, unless I hear back from them.

First of all, I love Papa Murphy's pizza. I have a gluten sensitivity so I have to purchase your GF pizza. As you know, it only comes in a medium size. The price of your specialty GF pizza is basically $21. That is very expensive for many of our budgets. Thus, I rarely am able to afford it.
This past weekend you had your fabulous BOGO deal which I have been able to use in the past. I order several. Then, freeze them. However, yesterday, my order was rejected. I called my local store in Buffalo, MN. I was told the sale was only for large or family size pizza. I was very disheartened.
We GF people can't control the size of the GF pizza you make, medium size only. That being said, I feel that we should be eligible for your great BOGO offers as we were in the past.
I would appreciate a coupon/certificate allowing me to purchase 4 GF pizzas with your BOGO offer from this past weekend. It would speak volumes for Papa Murphy's sensitivity and integrity to provide its customers equal opportunity and service.
Thank you.

Papa Murphys - Misquoted price not honored

I called Papa Murphys in Union Square in Sandy Utah and inquired if they honored $10 Tuesdays. The worker answered yes and I then gave him my order.

When I arrived to pick it up, Aiden charged me $14.75 which included an additional topping even though there was only one topping on half the pizza. He said they honor $12 Tuesdays dispite the fact I had been told $10. It would have been ok if I had not been told the wrong price. Three employees stood there, two of them young men, so one of them wasnt honest enough to admit he had misquoted the price on the phone.

If I owned this pizza shop, I would tell my employees to honor the quote given even if it is misquoted as in my case or at least offer another dollar or two off to try to make up their error.

As I was leaving, Aiden condescendingly said, Drive safely.

A very disappointing experience. Bla-bla

Teach you people to take pride and build a good pizza. I ordered the stuffed if there were four meats I don't know where they were, too much rolled crust, it was one huge disappointment after the good that I've gotten before.

We disposed more then half of it.

It was a real lack of pizza maker. I live 31 miles from there so when I go there it's a treat, well no treat that time.
