Friday October 18th. That was the second time we tried ordering pizza inside the store.

They told us that it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait because of the online orders. I'm not understanding why they are only prioritizing their store on online orders. If the store is only taking online orders then why doesn't the store just make a sign saying only taking online orders. So the rest of us that want the experience of being in the store don't waste our time coming in and pushed away.

It's not fair.

If they want to run a business like that. Then I do not want to order pizza from this company again.

I went to the Cottage Grove, MN location at approximately 2:15 in the afternoon on 10/8/24. When I entered the place, a customer was just leaving with his pizza.

I was asked if I placed an order online, to which I replied no, we are just going to place our order now. He said he can't take our order because he has to put the dough in the refrigerator now or it will go bad. I asked how long that will take, he replied, 'At least an hour so he's not taking any orders. You'll have to come back later.' What kind of response is that?

Very poor! He could have offered an incentive to come back, such as free cookie dough or a coupon for a pizza, but we got nothing but an implied swift kick out the door. He could have at least taken our order and told us we would have to pick it up later - but not even that was offered.

Nothing! I'll get a lot better service going elsewhere - rotten customer service!

I went into the Papa Murphy's in Kyle Texas. I placed my order for a pizza. After a few minutes, another customer came in who appeared to be a former employee. She placed her order. While still waiting on my order, the manager prepared the other person's order ahead of mine. When that customer left, I confronted the manager and asked on the status of my order. The manager hadn't even started my order, claiming that she thought the other employee there was taking care of my order. The other employee was busy restocking items, which was obvious to myself and should of been to her as well. The managers only response was sorry, I bad. What should have been done within 5-10 minutes, took over 20 minutes. Vary disillusioned with the service received.
