The online call and email received no response other than a small voucher. The store phone service was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. I never received the refund for the order I did not receive.
Could it be any worse?!
I spent $79 on pizzas for our family get-together. The quality of the product I received was very poor.
After baking, it was inedible; 70% dough and 30% ingredients. Both customer service and management refused to give me credit or refund.
I had to buy $65 worth of frozen pizzas to replace the fresh ones I had purchased. I had no proof of purchase because I was a walk-in and paid in-store.

your bogo advertising is very misleading. No where does it state that it doesnt apply to certain pizzas.
I went into the Papa Murphy's in Kyle Texas. I placed my order for a pizza. After a few minutes, another customer came in who appeared to be a former employee. She placed her order. While still waiting on my order, the manager prepared the other person's order ahead of mine. When that customer left, I confronted the manager and asked on the status of my order. The manager hadn't even started my order, claiming that she thought the other employee there was taking care of my order. The other employee was busy restocking items, which was obvious to myself and should of been to her as well. The managers only response was sorry, I bad. What should have been done within 5-10 minutes, took over 20 minutes. Vary disillusioned with the service received.
Its been crap so far but, it is the weekend. Hopefully they will resolve this soon.
Terrible they did not seem very concerned and gave me a seven dollar off coupon . Big deal they can keep it I won’t be returning to papamurphys
