KSI called the Papa Murphy's on Gage Boulevard in Topeka, Kansas. It was around 6:30 p.m. I ordered an all-meat stuffed pizza. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, it was a three-meat pizza, but not the stuffed pizza that I ordered. The gentleman at the register told me that I could not get a stuffed pizza because they don't take orders for stuffed pizzas after 6:30. I told him I had never heard about that as long as I've been a customer. I decided to go ahead and purchase the pizza even though it wasn't what I wanted because I was hungry. When I called the following day to report the incident, the manager said she would talk to the gentleman. She admitted that what he said was not true and that you can order stuffed pizza until close just like any other pizza. She also told me she would send me a coupon for a free pizza and never did. The next time I wanted to order pizza, I called Papa Murphy's at the 29th and Wanamaker location in Topeka, and after being put on hold, was hung up on. I called back three or four times. It rang and rang but no one answered. I called the store manager the following day. She said they must have been busy or short-staffed. She didn't really seem to care, even after I told her that I wanted to order from her location because of what happened at the Gage location. I decided I will no longer purchase pizza from Papa Murphy's. I was a customer for over 15 years. I don't have receipts because I used my EBT food card and rarely ask for one. These two incidents happened this year. I would guess 3 to 4 months ago. Thank you for your time.

I went in today on my first day of work on riverfront drive Mankato mn 56001 to start my day,I had arrived 15 minutes early before my time 10am .

As I was sitting there on the bench waiting for the supervisor to show up ,I had seen her face n she looked pissed off about something...

So I continued to wait on her to get her stuff together,witch took 5 minutes then she came back to the front n called me back to her office,after passing the preparation stage for making pizza's..

I asked her if she was in a good mood,she just stopped in her tracks n gave me this ugly stare..

Then after following her back to her office she went off on me n told me to never ask that again n that I had made this awkward n then told me to leave her store ..

Where I come from people ask this all this to make sure this person is ok n to see if it was going to be a good idea to work with or around this person...

She told me to leave her store n I did instantly...

That was not professional or have the right attitude to have to a new employee or to the customers ...

I want to thank u for the opportunity but I will not be going back there to work or buy anything from this store ..

She has a bad attitude n needs to be done about this situation...

I've tried every day to call the the store I bought it from never any answer never.

Last time I ordered what I usually get a Family Size stuffed pizza making each half, different, but added extra garlic creamy sauce on one half. The pizza was picked up and brought to me, so he had no idea that it was wrong I did as soon as I looked at it because one side was red and one side was white no cheese, no veggies plus on a stuffed pizza the sauce is not on the outside.

(Well you know this) On the inside and only a few olives like they were tossed in as an afterthought and little meat. No other vegetables that come with it, we live a town over so I called and like I said no answer, so I baked it because it was dinner time when I cut into is when I saw that there was no sauce no vegetables it obviously was on the dry side no cheese on top very little inside I wish I had thought to take a picture before baking, but I'm pretty sure you know it should not look like this one. I also sent a picture of what it usually looks like. I absolutely love your stuffed pizza and have had friends try it that now but it every week on Pizza Day they no longer go to Mountain Mikes, so I'm not leaving a bad review, I buy from your Corning California store and Red Bluff this has never happened before this.

Its an isolated problem.

And what I would like is not a refund, but the pizza that we were all hungry and waiting for. As Ive been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at that store, this was my only recourse.

Friday October 18th. That was the second time we tried ordering pizza inside the store.

They told us that it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait because of the online orders. I'm not understanding why they are only prioritizing their store on online orders. If the store is only taking online orders then why doesn't the store just make a sign saying only taking online orders. So the rest of us that want the experience of being in the store don't waste our time coming in and pushed away.

It's not fair.

If they want to run a business like that. Then I do not want to order pizza from this company again.
